Travel adventure continues. So, I had "not" expected. Anyway, just thought I drop in a word or two here. Am at a 'backpacker's. Mannn..I have not been in one in,say, 10 yrs! (Nor, do I expect to be in one). Great thing is, it has internet facilities, which is great... love it! Love the idea, that I can still be "connected" to things I am familiar with.
Blue Mountains is where I am right now. One place which I have come across to be superbly magnificent is this website:
www.nationalpass.com.au
That is just breathtaking. In the near future, if I have the chance to do it again, I will probably take a couple of days just for this place in Wentworth Falls. Of course, Katoomba, and places like Blackheath and Medlow Bath has magnificent views as well, but it is the falls and the "creek" (wonder if you call it creek, being so large) just took my breath away.
I have done a full circle. 1) The desert in Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon 2) The river(?!), in Buffalo, the Niagara Falls 3) The ocean/reef, in Port Douglas, the Great Barrier Reef 4) The mountains, in Blue Mountains, the 3 Sisters/EchoPoint/ Wentworth Falls
There. My travel adventures. And, I need a years' break now. :D I think it's time to do something else apart from travel. Like, erm. The inward discover. Perhaps, that is my next agenda.
Aahh...reminisce all the good memories. The songs from P.O.Opera is just mind paralyzing. Takes me to some world I cannot define. Just holding back tears for no particular reason. Happy tears. I can assure you. Happy tears :)
CPA Graduation- 2008
Unfortunately, after trying to upload the pictures fail, I shall not try anymore.
My little refuge. Happy New Year 2010! Looking at plants grow is definitely a satisfying feeling! I have a large bowlful of cherry tomatoes and cupful of strawberries (which I don't eat, never into strawberries anyway?!?) and the bowl cherry tomatoes keeps topping up everyday! Ahh! This year, my plants are doing quite well. I love summertime. Had a couple of longish eggplants already and will harvest my first cucumber later on. (There are two sitting out there ready for harvest and many more mini ones. However, the mini watermelon failed to fruit, despite having many flowers and my long beans aren't growing any taller everytime I see em'. :)
Corns, smallish but growing. Chillis, hot and we like it! There are many more growing and we're just waiting for them to turn red hot chillis!! Peppers, had a couple of em, the rest are still teeny...! Patience, gal, patience!!
Oo o oo OOh... Summertime~~~~
This is also a year of change. The year where I will try to make my life a shared life. Change of environment, in terms of work (in the process of working it out)....and living. Hopefully, this year, I finally sit head down, butt up, getting my music studio up and going. Am working on the logo, signboard, website and name card. I have the place, the instrument, the skill, the books, what am I waiting for?? Can't wait for my signboard to go up! Yippeee!! I'm excited to find out what the response will be, since this place has lotsa children and lack of music education around.....hopefully, right place, right time!
I should go now. Sumo and Rolly needs the walk and I need the walk too. After this, more stuffs coming onboard..... am happy with this office corner I have set-up here! Whoohhhohh!! It's all happening.....whether I am aware of it or not :D :D
Been catching up with a whole heap of friends. Real good to do that. Feel good too. Wish them well. Try my best to try to keep up with all the stories and "catching up" But really, it's almost impossible to catch up nowadays. Unless you're married to em. And it is strange how in the past, one could catch up almost everyday and still have lots to say.
Life, oh life! Some ppl say, át a blink of an eye, really, life does pass on that way sometimes. Day in,day out, day in day out, then get married, have kids, live on, live on, children grows up, day in day out.
I hope, that, this life I lead, has óverall positive impact on others, that it enriches the lives of those around me, whether directly or indirectly- be it, people, plants, animals, the environment. Ah life.
